Job Description
-To teach on education programmes as required.
To ensure programmes delivered by the organisation meet the relevant curriculum.
To be responsible in delivery and assessment of identified units of study
To undertake pastoral/course leader role and associated responsibilities
Liaise with; teachers, administrators, support staff, parents, external staff and students.
To attend all staff and standardisation meetings, and other meetings, as required.
To plan, teach and assess in line with the qualification requirements and Ofsted standards.
To ensure learners are meeting their target grades in your identified units of study.
To ensure internal verification measures are complete as required.
Deliver parents evenings, ensuring you report on each student\'s development for parent feedback purposes within an education and football setting.
To represent the programme and SWFCCP professionally at recruitment events.
To maintain own CPD to enhance the organisation.
To deliver high-quality football training sessions.
To prepare session plans, as appropriate, in accordance with participants needs and programme needs.
To ensure all equipment for delivery of the programme is in place.
To complete registers for attendees of the programme, where necessary.
To ensure all paperwork for programmes is submitted and stored correctly.
To keep up to date with all education programmes run.
To raise awareness and promote programmes.
To be responsible for the recruitment of students and undertake responsibilities related to this.
To identify suitable progression pathways across the Community programme to support learners development.
To provide programme information to participants, as required.
To support Equality Diversity & Inclusion practices and procedures in-line with the SWFC EDI action plan.
To promote and adhere to safeguarding practices and policies, ensuring that any concerns are logged safely, securely and escalated through the CPOMS System, when necessary
To maintain and undertake your own CPD.
To always represent the organisation in a professional manner.

Clear understanding and knowledge of Post-16 programmes.
Knowledge and understanding of BTEC specifications.

Demonstrate a passion to deliver high-quality provision across the Post 16 programmes.
Design and develop schemes of work to a high-quality.

Qualifications
Teaching qualification (Level 4 or above)
Degree in a sports related field
Full UK Driving License and use of a vehicle.
Maths and English GCSE grades at \'C\' or above or Equivalent
Safeguarding training (can work towards in post)
Satisfactory DBS check.
