Sheffield United FC is seeking a Youth Academy Physical Performance Coach for the Women's pathway. You will deliver the academy's physical performance strategy, provide expert sports science support to youth and ETC, and work under senior guidance to optimise players' physical development.
You will deliver gym and on‑pitch programmes, monitor testing, support match days, and ensure data is recorded and reported for continuous improvement across age groups and staff partners.
