We are seeking a Chair of the Board to support us in our next chapter, leading a team committed to creating top quality productions, promoting equality and inclusion, investing in talent and collaborating with communities across the region. We are looking for someone with inspirational leadership skills, extensive experience of organisational governance and strategic leadership, and someone who can help us to influence and engage with key local and national networks and stakeholders.
