We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join our brilliant and friendly Operations team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of our venues, helping to ensure everyone who visits or works with us has a great experience. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces that everyone arriving at our Stage Door meets, including colleagues, visiting companies and contractors.
You’ll provide a switchboard service, help keep our buildings secure, and take on key‑holder responsibilities. You’ll contribute to the smooth running of our spaces, from setting up rooms and events to carrying out safety checks and operating systems such as CCTV and fire alarms. You’ll also act as an appointed person in emergencies, including managing evacuations and carrying out first aid and fire safety responsibilities.
