Location: Sheffield
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Casual
Hours: Casual hours; Working pattern Monday to Sunday, daytimes and evenings. Weekend availability is essential. This is a casual role across shows and events, with a busy period during Christmas (1 December 2025 to 10 January 2026).
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced hospitality settings (bars, cafés, or restaurants).
- Act as a welcoming ambassador for Sheffield Theatres venues, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Assist across catering, bar, and café services as required by the Events & Hospitality team.
Qualifications / Experience
- Some experience in fast-paced hospitality environments is desirable.
- Friendly, welcoming approach with good guest service skills.
