We are seeking enthusiastic Hospitality Assistants to join our Events & Hospitality team across all venues, in catering, bar and cafe services. You will deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced hospitality settings such as bars, cafes or restaurants and act as a fantastic ambassador for our venues, bringing enthusiasm and a dedication to making every guest feel special.
This is a casual role with flexible shifts available Monday to Sunday (daytime and evenings) for shows and events. Weekend availability is essential. We are recruiting for our busy period, and will be seeking excellent availability throughout the Christmas period (1 December 2025 to 10 January 2026).

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service in busy hospitality environments (bars, cafes, catering) across all venues.
- Assist with setup, service and breakdown for events and shows as required.
- Represent Sheffield Theatres positively and maintain high standards of presentation and guest care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
Qualifications / Experience
- Some experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Friendly, welcoming attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and during shows/events.

- Salary: 12.60 per hour
