Sheffield Springs Academy is looking to appoint a full‑time Education with Character & Enrichment Coordinator to complement the existing department. The coordinator will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a high‑quality enrichment, personal development and character education programme across the school.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of enrichment, personal development and character education programmes.
  • Ensure all students, regardless of background, have equitable access to trips, visits, sporting opportunities and extracurricular provision.
  • Support students to represent the school with Respect, Excellence, Ambition and Pride, raising aspiration and broadening horizons.
  • Develop confidence, character and ambition in students to succeed both in school and beyond.
