Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust are recruiting for a Nature Recovery Species Officer Job Title: Nature Recovery Species Officer Salary: £22,276.80 per annum PO1 Grade (£27846 FTE pro rata) + 9% pension contribution entitlement Hours: 30 hours per week, 0.8 FTE Duration: Fixed term to 31st March 2027 Job Reference: NRSO-25 Location: Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust, Stafford Road, Sheffield and on various sites. Closing Date: Thursday 21st August 25 at Midnight Interview Date: Early September The Role The ideal candidate will have experience in collating and analysing ecological data and management information to make informed recommendations for conservation interventions across a range of habitats and species. Working with partners in the Sheffield Lakeland Partnership providing conservation and species support to develop habitat and species management proposals and carry out small scale practical projects aligning Species Recovery and Nature based Solutions (NbS).
