The Role
Sheffield Haworth’s Global Marketing Team supports the talent consultancy business to promote the brand and support business development. We do this through various channels globally, including our website, content and campaigns, social media, events, and PR.
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute globally focused and country-specific content and campaigns that maximise brand awareness and business development opportunities while monitoring their effectiveness. You will work closely with our practice teams, coordinating with consultants on marketing plans and supporting their implementation. As a sales enablement function, you will also have the opportunity to work across digital and offline marketing channels to drive better commercial outcomes for the group, developing your skills and knowledge of the full marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive will help plan and support the delivery of country-specific/client-specific content and broad brand awareness campaigns to amplify the Sheffield Haworth brand and optimise business development opportunities.
- Support the Head of Marketing in the creation of relevant content pieces for each practice area using our ICP matrix and internal business intelligence to inform our plans in collaboration with practice heads.
- Oversee the social media scheduling, plans and maintain point of contact with external agency to maximise all demand generation opportunities
- Under the supervision of the Head of Marketing, brief campaigns to external digital agency, design teams and various external service providers.
- Organise the mailing lists and timely send-outs of various email marketing initiatives using our email marketing tool, Force 24.
- Proactively look for opportunities to drive awareness of our services to our broader addressable market.
- Support the Head of Marketing in the implementation of automation of process to drive better business outcomes
- A good understanding of the business application of generative AI tools in marketing automation
- Support the Head of Marketing in planning and execution of enterprise level implementation of marketing productivity tools.
- Oversee the coordination of existing content for our global brand content email and newsletter, which will be sent monthly.
- Coordinate in collaboration with Head of Marketing, the scheduling and planning of client events, webinars, podcasts, interviews.
- Organise the monitoring, capturing, and reporting on metrics/ROI under the supervision of the Head of Marketing
- Organise internal marketing initiatives and events
- Support DEI group initiatives
- Ensure efficient processes are in place, with relevant guides and best practice manuals so colleagues can access resources on Shared Drive
- Support the Head of Marketing in developing training materials for teams
- Keep abreast of best practices and new/better ways of working
- Support other projects as required
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience within a marketing support role, ideally in a B2B environment
- Excellent IT skills are essential, including advanced PowerPoint
- Knowledge of email marketing automation tools
- Good understanding of CMS systems
- Experience using CRM’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- A can-do attitude, enthusiastic, discreet and reliable
- Ability to be agile and flexible, to cope with shifting demands and deadlines
- Proactive and eager to look for opportunities to contribute beyond identified role responsibilities
- Creative thinker with the ability to be highly analytical
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
