Associate Overview
Associates at Sheffield Haworth are responsible for research and search execution in their product area. In addition, they will be expected to proactively assist Consultants with marketing, pitching and candidate management. Early access to client meetings and dialogue can be expected. A few of the key areas of search that Associates can expect to work on include:
- Knowledge management within our search database as well as within the team and firm Sharepoint and other systems
- Desk research, on LinkedIn and other research sources as well as via our proprietary database and company websites
- Telephone work, including candidate “cold calls” as well as candidate assessment and ongoing relationship management
- Written work including client-ready candidate assessments, job descriptions, client update notes, marketing materials, quarterly reports, etc.
