The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 € per year.

We are looking for Peer Connectors to deliver a Peer Connector service, working alongside a range of organisations including Colleges and Youth Hubs to identify and engage with young people aged 16-24. Using an existing service directory, you will continue to build on a database of local activities and co‑develop bespoke support plans with young people to engage them in these services, to improve wellbeing and young people’s independence and self‑management.

Ultimately, you’ll be sharing in our goal to improve the wellbeing and employment of young people through early intervention and advocacy. Working closely with a range of partner organisations, both voluntary and statutory, you will help young people receive the right support at the right time.

The role is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2027, however we are hoping for funding beyond then which will be confirmed nearer the time.
