Sheffield Forgemasters International is seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist to join the HR Team on a 24-month fixed term basis. You will collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, build Power BI dashboards and reports, and drive data-driven improvements across HR processes.
Working with stakeholders, you will transform data into insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure data governance and GDPR compliance.
