The acquisition has secured our role as a critical supplier to the next generation of UK defence programmes. As part of this programme of work our plant and equipment will be modernised over the next 10 years, creating new opportunities for the business and our colleagues.
Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Project Coordinator / PA. This rolewill involve providing full administrative and project coordination support to therecapitalisation programme ensuring the function remains on plan for delivery of transformation to the business..
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate communicationand interfacing with customers / external parties / contractors.
- Diary management.
- Prepare internal and externaldocumentation, presentations and reports.
- Organise and coordinate meetings.
- Minute taking.
- Manage business travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain an organised filing system and electronic documents.
- Maintainsecurity records for all contract personnel associated with the recapitalisation team.
- Maintain training records for the recapitalisation team.
About You
The following relevant skills, knowledge and experience are required.
- Significant experience in aPersonalAssistant, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Previous experience within a project based environment.
- Working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Excellent written communication skills and literacy to be able to draft correspondence, produce minutes and summarise researched information.
- Highly proficient working with MSOffice suite.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
- Experience operating at Senior administrative / PA level.
Days/Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week, Monday β Friday, with flexible start and finish time between 06:15 β 09:30 and 14:30 β 18:00
