About the Role
Are you passionate about data accuracy and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our Data Services & Exams Team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our student, attendance, and course data is accurate, timely, and credible.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert on Technical Funding Rules and Individual Learner Records (ILR) specifications.
- Advise on data validation and ensure statutory funding returns are accurate.
- Maintain and update student enrolment, attendance, and course data.
- Lead on Enrolment and Funding decisions.
- Embed a “right first time” culture through training and guidance, maintaining the highest data quality standards.
