Job Description:
- Assist in preparing properties for new residents, focusing on environmental and garden work.
- Manage the clearance of void properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and presentable. This includes property clearance, final cleans, and garden clears.
- Based at Manor Lane, with possible travel across Sheffield. A clean driving license is essential.
- Respond to environmental issues such as illegal waste dumping, animal carcasses, and undertake internal and external clearance tasks.
- Use IT systems for scheduling, data recording, requesting materials, and job completion via handheld devices.
- Conduct visits to tenanted and vacant properties.
- Handle waste collection, loading, and disposal.
- Clean and disinfect contaminated or verminous articles and premises, including handling hazardous materials safely.
- Drive council vehicles, perform routine vehicle checks, and adhere to safety procedures.
