Sheffield City Council is looking for dedicated individuals to join the Sheffield Role Review Programme (SRRP) Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful, people-centered initiative that ensures equal pay for all council employees.

About the Role:

You will co-ordinate key details for the Sheffield Role Review Programme. This will involve supporting the job evaluation process, using workflow software to provide a clear and visible audit trail, tracking changes, maintaining project documentation and responding to programme queries. Additionally, you will support in the planning and execution of a diverse range of meetings, workshops and briefings, where you will maintain accurate project records, including programme actions, progress reports, minutes of meetings, plus the gathering and analysis of related management information to drive programme success. You will also have an opportunity to oversee a few smaller related projects from initiation to completion.

We are looking for candidates who are people-centred, resilient, open-minded, and committed to our values. You will have good communication skills, be passionate about working innovatively, combining creativity with excellent organisational skills to organise, control and maintain information on our electronic systems. This role is Sheffield-based, and you will be required to work regularly in our Sheffield offices and workspaces.
