We're looking for Neighbourhood Support Officers to join our Neighbourhood Housing Teams across the city.
You'll provide administrative, financial and customer support that helps our frontline teams deliver services to thousands of residents across Sheffield.
You'll be at the heart of our neighbourhood operations, ensuring customers receive a professional, responsive and high-quality customer service.
About The Role
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, partners and colleagues.
- Responding to enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
- Processing customer information and maintaining accurate records.
- Processing correspondence, complaints and enquiries within agreed timescales.
- Supporting meetings and events, including diary management and note taking.
- Producing documents, reports and communications using a range of IT systems.
- Assisting with financial administration, invoices, payments and budget monitoring.
- Supporting the management of community facilities, garages and communal spaces.
- Working closely with colleagues and partners to ensure effective neighbourhood service delivery

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade.
If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
