In this senior role, you’ll:
- Provide a professional, risk-based HR consultancy service to managers, focusing on complex case management in all areas of people management practice.
- Advise and support on formal procedures, ensuring best practice and consistent application of policy and employment law.
- Lead and contribute to employee relations, supporting positive outcomes and effective resolution of cases.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver business-focused HR solutions and drive continuous improvement in people management.
We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, experience in large, complex organisations, and a proven ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism and integrity.
