Your remit will inclue helping to develop a coherent corporate OD framework and supporting the prioritisation and sequencing of major organisational change.

You will contribute to organisational desgin, including spans and layers, operating models and assurance of redesign proposals, while helping services align structures, accountability, outcomes and affordability.

You will also support the development of strategic workforce planning, exploring future skills, workforce supply and demand, talent and succession pipelines, scarce skill and new approaches to building, buying or automating capability.
