The Organisational Development, Strategy & Governance team provides Support Services to Facilities Management and Housing Repairs
We are looking to recruit a temporary, highly motivated Senior Business Support Officer to support Housing Repairs in delivering transactional activities.
The role will be focussed on processing financial transactions to support the payment of subcontractor invoices and stock and material supplies. It will also include support to a range of other transactional activities across the team which will require the successful applicant to work on site at Manor Lane.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and a self-starter, with a sound understanding of business and financial processes and must be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
You will need to be competent in the use of IT packages (Office, Outlook, Teams etc). Experience in using finance systems and understanding purchase ledger processes is preferable but training will be given.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
