We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager with a drive and enthusiasm to work within a multi-disciplinary team to project manage complex and innovative areas of work.
Sheffield\βs Neurodiversity Programme is an ambitious cross sector transformation programme which aims to transform the whole system around how we support neurodiverse children, young people and families, and includes a range of workstreams that will drive change. As a Business Change manager, you will work with senior leaders across the partnership to drive and implement change using project management methodology.
Responsibilities
- This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in project and change management to work proactively with practitioners and specialists in education, care, health, and the voluntary sector to enable the partnership to:
- Test and learn from innovative and new ways of working as a system
- Develop evidence-based proposals for new models
- Manage the implementation through project and change lifecycle methodology

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
