Overview
Reporting into the Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to help young people manage their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development of individual care plans.
- Support the recovery and well-being of young people, helping them achieve their maximum potential.
- Coordinate nursing activities across shifts to ensure smooth operations on the unit.
- Registration: RMN / RN (Mental Health) or RLDN / RN (Learning Disabilities) registration or awaiting registration.
- A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting them.
