The AP Coach at Shaped has responsibility for supporting the learning and personal development of all the students based at a Shaped Centre. They work with the AP Lead to look ahead for opportunities to promote learning and growth in line with students identified needs. This will all be underpinned by the Shaped Values.
Key Responsibilities
- To create and contribute to an environment of growth.
- To be an advocate for the young people we work with in a holistic way, being aware and celebrating differences and ensure all students have equal access to the opportunity to learn and develop.
- To contribute to the deliver of high quality education.
- To be the Key Adult for specific students, building relationships, setting targets, and monitoring and reviewing each students performance.
- To be an active part of the Shaped Team, helping to deliver a high-quality service, developing a culture of belief in young people, having a secure hope for their future and establishing an environment of unconditional love
