The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

Hours and Pay
- Hours: 15 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: 10:00am to 3:00pm, includes weekends (usually alternate) and bank holiday work, and may require some flexibility on hours.
- Pay: £12.40 per hour
Induction
All new team members are required to attend induction at our training room in S13 prior to starting work in the care home. These are run every three weeks, starting on a Monday, between 9:30am and 4:30pm.

Job Role
- Organise tailored activities to the needs and abilities of individuals, and group activities that bring individuals together
- Support positive relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and professionals
- Organise trips out in the local community, considering transport arrangements and accessibility needs
- Book external suppliers to provide entertainment
- Work with staff, families and volunteers within the home and local community to enhance the care and support of residents
- Advise the Registered Manager on adapting existing services and introducing new services, and assist with planning and implementation
- Show awareness of individuals' needs, taking into account intellectual, social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs, and cultural and ethnic background
- Uphold the Sheffcare values
- Implement and uphold safe working practices in line with our regulations, policies and procedures
- Attend regular training where required
