Job Summary
We are looking for a Flexi Care Support Worker to work at our residential care home based in Beighton, S20.
Hours and Pay
Hours: 33 per week
Shift Pattern: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am) x 3 days or nights per week, including weekends (usually alternate) and bank holiday work
Pay: £12.98 per hour

Job Role
- Support and assist residents to live as independently as possible
- Empower people to make their own decisions and choices
- Provide support with personal care (e.g., washing, going to the bathroom, dressing, eating and drinking)
- Offer physical and emotional support to residents
- Help residents participate in daily living tasks and activities
- Encourage engagement of residents in social and wellbeing activities
- Assist with health care and personal appointments
- Only where trained to do so, administer medication
- Undertake manual handling, using equipment when required
- Support positive relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and professionals
- Record care using mobile technology
