Paid Social Executive

SheerLuxe is looking for a paid social executive to support the delivery, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.

Working closely with our commercial, social, creative and project management teams, you’ll help deliver effective paid social campaigns for SheerLuxe and our commercial partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with one to two years of experience who is keen to build their expertise within a fast-moving digital media business.

You’ll be involved in campaigns from briefing and set-up through to delivery, optimisation and reporting, helping to ensure that activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with campaign objectives.

About the Role

• Support the planning and setup of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube;
• Build, launch and monitor campaigns in line with agreed objectives, budgets, targeting and timelines;
• Track campaign pacing, spend and delivery, raising any issues or discrepancies promptly;
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to regular reporting and post-campaign analysis;
• Use performance data to identify learnings, optimisation opportunities and recommendations;
• Assist with audience planning, targeting, testing and campaign structure;
• Work with the creative and social teams to ensure assets are suitable for each platform and objective;
• Provide feedback on creative performance and help identify opportunities to improve future assets;
• Work closely with project managers and the wider commercial team to ensure campaigns are delivered correctly;
• Support the trafficking and quality-checking of campaign assets, links, copy and tracking;
• Keep up to date with changes to social platforms, formats, targeting options and best practice;
• Maintain accurate campaign records, trackers and reporting documents; and
• Contribute to improving SheerLuxe’s paid social processes, knowledge and ways of working.

About You

• One to two years of experience in paid social, digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally within a media, publishing, agency, fashion, beauty or lifestyle business;
• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager;
• Some experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager and YouTube advertising;
• A good understanding of paid social campaign objectives, targeting, creative formats and performance metrics;
• Comfortable working with budgets, pacing and campaign delivery;
• Confident interpreting performance data and turning it into clear, practical observations;
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once;
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of internal teams and external partners;
• Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership of tasks;
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment;
• An interest in digital media, content, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and social platforms; and
• A genuine interest in developing a career in paid social and performance marketing.

START DATE: ASAP

LOCATION: This role will be based in our SW London office. This role cannot be carried out remotely.
