Sheerah Network is a leadership-focused organization co-founded by Oge Austin-Chukwu and Lisa Leonce, dedicated to empowering people of color, particularly women of color, in their leadership journeys. The company addresses the persistent gaps faced by Black and ethnic minority professionals in leadership roles across various sectors, offering practical support to navigate inequitable pathways and workplace experiences. Through consultancy, workshops, focus groups, podcasts, and one-to-one coaching, Sheerah Network fosters inclusive leadership in all fields and organizations.
