We are recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for a Company based in Kennington, London. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a trainee recruitment role or someone with a strong sales background and a drive to succeed.
You will be working closely with experienced recruitment consultants while you learn all facets of the recruitment business including sourcing, selection, interview techniques, understanding and managing candidate expectations, interview coaching, new business development, account management, relationship management, and negotiation.

What you'll get in return: Competitive commission of 15% and expenses fully paid up to £300 during your training programme of 2 - 3 months and a permanent contract upon completion with a basic salary up to £18,000, uncapped commission, and other benefits which include:
