Job Description
We seek a Project Lead for Property Asset Strategy to deliver our client transformation program aims to enhance resident and community engagement by establishing a town centre hub along with satellite locations. The role focuses on developing a proposal for services to be offered in the hub, collaborating with various directors and partner agencies to refine the service integration.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include developing a project delivery plan, maintaining an engagement strategy, assessing space and technology requirements, and establishing effective project management and governance arrangements.
