We seek a Project Lead for Property Asset Strategy to deliver our client transformation program aims to enhance resident and community engagement by establishing a town centre hub along with satellite locations. The role focuses on developing a proposal for services to be offered in the hub, collaborating with various directors and partner agencies to refine the service integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a project delivery plan
- Maintaining an engagement strategy
- Assessing space and technology requirements
- Establishing effective project management and governance arrangements
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborating with construction teams for space adaptations
Supplementary Accountabilities:
- Direct other team members to support the Workplace and Resident Access strategy

Professional Qualifications:
