We are looking for an experienced waste management professional to shape the future delivery of our client’s waste & recycling services. The Service Delivery Manager will manage and develop the in‑house operational services, leading a team of 150 staff within our refuse and recycling collection service while putting residents and customers at the heart of our services. The role requires excellent leadership, operational efficiency implementation, and the ability to maximise productivity while delivering a quality public service.
