Hybrid working – 1 day per week in the office minimum

• Experience working with a local authority and knowledge of processes – able to hit the ground running
• Qualified MRICS or equivalent – knowledgeable about Property management, L&T, valuation and general all round property experience.
• Can be relied on to take cases forward acting independently and proactively to achieve objectives
• Good negotiator
• Team player
• Ideally familiar with the area

Rate of Pay

PAYE: £302.48 per day

Umbrella: £400 per day (£450 for the right candidate)
