We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Procurement Professional to provide commercial and procurement support across public sector projects. The successful candidate will have strong experience in pre-contract activity, procurement, tender evaluation and commercial assessment, with a good understanding of public sector governance and compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide commercial and procurement support across local authority and public sector projects. Lead and support pre-contract and procurement activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently and in accordance with required procedures. Undertake tender evaluations and commercial assessments, providing clear recommendations to project teams. Prepare and review contract documentation and associated procurement information. Apply public sector procurement requirements, including the Procurement Act 2023, to relevant procurement activities. Support effective commercial governance, risk management and value-for-money assessments. Work collaboratively with project managers, consultants, contractors and wider stakeholders.
