- Building on Sheep Inc.’s innovative AI driven content approach to create creative testing frameworks to iterate and ever-optimise content with the creative team.
- Develop and own the experimentation framework for all paid media activity. Develop experiment ideas with the team and prioritise based on impact and feasibility.

- Personally handle analytics and reporting, evaluate campaign performances, and make necessary adjustments.
Develop and Manage CRM:
- Collaborate with the wider team and internal CRM specialist on refining a customer-centric CRM program that integrates into wider channel strategy.
- Implement techniques to increase customer spend and retention and re-engage inactive customers.
Website Optimization:
- Get involved in UX design, run A/B tests, and implement changes to improve conversion rates. Regularly review and update website content to ensure it's relevant and personalised.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with specialist agencies, freelancers, and in-house staff. Be hands-on in driving growth, using the allocated budget to optimise all facets of performance marketing.
