A diligent barista with some wine experience. The shop is both a coffee and wine shop, so wine knowledge is favoured. Must have good admin skills for daily cafe systems. Ideally should live local to Clapham, South London or less than 30 min commute. There may be some days of lone working, so should be comfortable with working independently.
