Responsibilities
- Manage a team of six people.
- Work independently as a barista, delivering high-quality coffee and wine.
- Prepare coffee, dial in the machine, weigh shots correctly, and clean grinders.
- Handle administrative duties: rosters, ordering, invoicing, and record keeping.
- Recruit and interview future staff.
- Train staff on upselling, product knowledge, and customer service, ensuring excellent sales and service.
- Maintain health, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Provide friendly, polite, and smiling service to customers.
- Work across SHED’s sites in Haggerston, Leyton, and Clapham South at least once per week.
- Live locally in Haggerston or commute within 30 minutes.
