The role:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to expand our client partnerships, welcoming those who can contribute part-time or flexibly. Your focus will be on onboarding new companies to our platform, particularly those seeking to diversify their tech workforce. This B2B sales position involves engaging with decision-makers in C-Suite, DE&I, and HR.
Core responsibilities include:
- Lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth through direct outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, adapting as necessary.
- Manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to negotiation, and support with account management.
