Paraplanner | Yeovil, Somerset | £40,000 to £50,000 DOE | Permanent

A newly created Paraplanner role supporting three independent financial advisers, with client meetings and cash flow modelling part of the job.

A new role, so you get to shape it

Our client is an independent financial advice practice providing holistic financial planning to both private and business clients. This Paraplanner position is new, which means there is no predecessor's way of doing things to inherit. You will have a real hand in defining how paraplanning works for the team.

You will work closely with three IFAs, taking complex cases from initial research through to recommendation and producing the suitability reports that sit behind the advice. The technical breadth is real: pensions, investments, protection and cash flow modelling all feature.

This is not a back-office seat. Where practical you will attend client meetings, and the role is described as key and client-facing, so presentation and communication matter as much as technical accuracy.
