Our client, a well-established financial planning practice in north Hampshire, is looking for a graduate or career changer to join its paraplanning team as a Trainee Paraplanner.
This is a genuine train-from-scratch role. The practice has had its best results with recent graduates and people new to financial services, so no previous paraplanning experience is needed. You will be trained in the practice's own processes and systems and learn to support the advisers with research, case preparation and report writing as you develop.
The office is in the Hartley Wintney area. New starters are fully office-based for the first 6 months, after which the team works on a hybrid basis.
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
