We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Projects Department. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civil and marine engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong contractual knowledge and leadership skills to play a key role in delivering impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of civil and marine engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements
  • Administer and manage contracts in accordance with NEC (New Engineering Contract) forms
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Manage project risks, opportunities, and change control processes
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in a professional manner
Required Skills
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong working knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver projects successfully from start to finish
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence (if required)
  • UK National capable of obtaining Security Clearance
  • Chartered or working towards professional accreditation (e.g. ICE, APM)
  • Experience of marine infrastructure, coastal works, or offshore projects
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK construction standards
