We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Projects Department. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civil and marine engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of civil and marine engineering projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements
- Administer and manage contracts in accordance with NEC (New Engineering Contract) forms
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Manage project risks, opportunities, and change control processes
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in a professional manner
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts
- Demonstrable ability to deliver projects successfully from start to finish
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (if required)
- UK National
- Capable of obtaining Security Clearance
Desirable
- Chartered or working towards professional accreditation (e.g. ICE, APM)
- Experience of marine infrastructure, coastal works, or offshore projects
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK construction standards
