The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll lead and coordinate complex commercial and operational programmes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to exceptional standards.
You'll work across multiple teams and stakeholders, taking ownership of initiatives ranging from operational improvements and customer programmes to research, product, and strategic business projects.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead, coordinate, and deliver commercial and trial programmes across multiple geographies, ensuring exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and reliable execution from planning through to completion.
- Own and contribute to high-impact cross-functional projects across the business, spanning areas such as product development, strategic initiatives, research programmes, and data analysis, helping shape the future direction.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and external partners, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication, alignment, and consistently high standards of support.
- Act as a key contributor to company strategy and decision-making, participating in senior stakeholder discussions and bringing operational, customer, and market insights to influence business priorities.
About You

You'll ideally have
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role, ideally within a start-up or high-growth environment, with a track record of delivering complex projects and operational programmes to a high standard.
- Strong project and operational management skills, with the ability to design, implement, and continuously improve processes that increase efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
- Experience working with digital products, technical operations, or software delivery, with the ability to quickly understand new technologies, systems, and data-driven workflows.
- Highly adaptable and proactive team player, comfortable wearing many hats, stepping into new challenges as the business grows, and operating effectively across both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational delivery.
