About the Position
We are currently looking to recruit an inspiring and enthusiastic Teacher of Engineering to join our thriving college for the new academic year.

Salary: M1 - UPS 3 Inner London Pay Award — Up to £62,496
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will inspire and support students aged 16–19, delivering high-quality lessons across a range of engineering topics and preparing learners for further study or careers in the field. You will be passionate about your subject, committed to excellent teaching, and able to foster a dynamic and engaging learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking department dedicated to student success and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills
You will have a teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS) or be working towards gaining this. You will keep up to date with current pedagogy and practice. Newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply. You will have excellent communication skills whilst working with students, college staff, parents and carers, and have commitment and dedication to team working and a desire to transform the lives of our young people.
