We are seeking to appoint an organised and proactive Learning Support Exam Access Administrator to support the effective delivery of access arrangements across the college.
Salary: Scale 5, starting at £17,020, negotiable dependent on experience
Hours: 0.6 Fraction (3 days per week) September 26 - March 27
Working closely with the Exams Officer and Learning Support team, you will ensure students with additional needs receive the appropriate support to enable fair and inclusive access to examinations. This is a key role within the Exams and Student Support functions, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with JCQ regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all relevant statutory and internal access arrangements are administered accurately and timely.
- Liaise with students, teachers and external agencies to identify and implement individual access solutions.
- Maintain records and reports, and support compliance with JCQ and other regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with JCQ regulations.
- Prior experience in an educational support or exams environment is desirable.
- Must undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
