We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Employer Engagement & Work Experience Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in bridging the gap between education and employment.
In this exciting and rewarding role, you'll work closely with local, regional, and national employers to develop valuable work experience opportunities that help learners gain real-world skills, confidence, and career insights.
You'll be at the heart of building strong employer partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every placement delivers a positive and impactful experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national employer partners.
- Identify and develop new work experience opportunities for learners.
- Coordinate placement logistics to ensure a smooth and effective experience for both learners and employers.
- Advise learners on how to maximise value from their placements.
- Monitor placement outcomes and report on impact and improvements.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in employer engagement or careers/placement coordination is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for supporting learners and improving their employment prospects.
