We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate Job Coach to join our Foundation Learning team and support our amazing young people with SEND in their journey towards successful employment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with students with diverse abilities, providing guidance, systematic training and support to help them develop the necessary skills and confidence to undertake work experience and secure and maintain meaningful employment for the future.
  • Collaborate with the SEND Careers Advisor, implementing personalised career plans and providing support for SEND career activities.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with young people with SEND.
