We are looking for an exceptional Employer Partnership Manager – Build Academy, FMB & Apprenticeships to join our Futures Team and play a leading role in connecting young people, employers and industry.

Salary: PO1 – Starting at £41,133

Contract: Full time, permanent, all year round

Location: Build Academy, Wanstead / Shooters Hill Sixth Form College with regular travel to employer sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual who is passionate about employer engagement, apprenticeships, workforce development and creating life-changing opportunities for learners.

Responsibilities: You will work with employers, stakeholders and industry partners to build talent pipelines, develop apprenticeship opportunities, identify future skills requirements and ensure our learners are fully prepared for sustainable employment and career progression.
