We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Employer Engagement & Work Experience Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in bridging the gap between education and employment. You will work closely with local, regional, and national employers to develop valuable work experience opportunities that help learners gain real‑world skills, confidence, and career insights. You will be at the heart of building strong employer partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every placement delivers a positive and impactful experience.

The ideal candidate is a motivated relationship‑builder with excellent communication skills, a talent for networking, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, engage with a variety of stakeholders, and be driven by making a positive impact on learner outcomes.

What you will deliver:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across the region.
  • Identify and secure work‑experience placements for learners.
  • Ensure placements meet learner and organization standards.
  • Support learners and employers throughout the placement cycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the work‑experience programme.
