The Paid Search Manager is the beating heart of the paid team within the Agency. They are the go‑to team member for colleagues and clients alike. They have their eyes firmly on the detail of campaigns and projects, and keep their ear to the ground to keep the Agency abreast of all the latest industry updates and innovations to ensure we lead the field with our knowledge and approach. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple accounts across a range of sectors and industries
  • Support the Performance Director with the media planning and robust media plans for campaigns
  • Set up, manage and optimise paid media across a range of different platforms, specifically paid search campaigns
  • Giver regular optimisation recommendations to continually deliver against a client’s key objectives
  • Monitor clients’ accounts on a daily basis to track performance and optimise accordingly, flagging any concerns or issues
  • Support with producing weekly and monthly reports for clients which clearly detail learnings, recommendations and delivery against targets
  • Be confident in using a range of tools from Google Ads, Looker Studio, Google Merchant Centre to GA4 to continually monitor and analyse client’s activity
  • Keep abreast of client’s competitor activity and highlight any challenges or opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and innovations and report back to the Agency and clients
  • Support the Senior team with research and data gathering for new business proposals
  • Writing of any relevant content or thought pieces for the Agency’s social media channels
  • Attend client calls and meetings as required and maintain good client communication and rapport
  • Be responsible for taking detailed minutes from client meetings attended and supplying clients with contact reports
  • Continually be thinking of thought-provoking, creative and innovative optimisations and ideas that we can deliver as an Agency and for our clients
  • Support the Agency on ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Able to commit to working in the office 2 days a week or more - depending on client meetings and Agency requirements

Experience

  • Educated to degree level or qualifications in media / digital marketing
  • 2 - 5 year’s experience in-house or agency side
  • Good grasp of digital marketing, particularly in paid channels (Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Google, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic and Reddit)
  • Experience working with the major platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • Implementation skills - set up and tracking for all campaigns that are managed. Ability to use GA4, GTM, Datastudio etc
  • Up-to-date on the latest digital trends and innovations
