Our services cover the full property lifecycle - from acquisition and occupation through to optimisation and relocation - powered by proprietary platforms including TERA, LOC8 and SHWR.

Our Building Consultancy team is upscaling, and we are looking for an experienced Associate Director to work alongside the department Director.

This is a senior, client-facing position at the intersection of professional surveying and strategic advisory - where your technical expertise will be backed by SHB’s market intelligence platforms and a genuinely collaborative team.

  • A track record of building client relationships and managing projects across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
